 Denise A. Welter, Esq. – Managing AttorneyDenise A. Welter received her law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2002. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 1999; majoring in legal studies.

Mrs. Welter is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. She focuses her practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, and Probate. Prior to joining the Welter Law Firm, Mrs. Welter was in private practice and worked for a reputable law firm. She has handled many complicated cases and has always acted as a dedicated and knowledgeable advocate for her clients.

Mrs. Welter, a native Floridian, is the managing attorney and owner of Welter Law Firm, P.A. in Tampa, Florida; having been born and raised in Broward County, Florida and recently relocated to Hillsborough County. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Having practiced for many years in the area of Elder Law, Mrs. Welter has an understanding of aging and the law and the legal interactions that may affect the elderly. Passion for the law and compassion for her clients is what drives Mrs. Welter to make every client a priority.

Christopher L. Welter, Esq. – Of Counsel

Christopher L. Welter, Esq. – of CounselChristopher L. Welter, Esq. received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2011. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2008; majoring in Political Science with minors in Economics and Criminal Justice. Mr. Welter is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the Middle District of Florida United States Court.

Christopher L. Welter, Esq. pursues justice for clients in a variety of civil cases, including but not limited to: personal injury, business and commercial litigation, contract disputes, illegal towing, landlord/tenant disputes, wills, trusts, estates and other general civil litigation matters throughout the State of Florida.

Mr. Welter is a native Floridian; having been born and raised in Broward County, Florida. Having lived in three major metropolitan communities in the State of Florida, he is uniquely qualified to assist clients in many civil matters.
